Sequoia Partners is a merger and acquisition consulting firm that specializes in maximizing return for sellers of mid-size companies.
Sequoia Partners best represents its clients by combining a high level of client interaction, business understanding and strategic focus with financial market and legal process expertise. We work to maximize value and exceed expectations for every sell-side client we work with. We are not satisfied with standard results. Our Premium Transactions yield a superior return to shareholders and a great result for management and employees.
Working as a team for 20 years, we have managed many highly successful transactions that overcame a myriad of objections and obstacles to completion. We act as your exclusive agent and serve only your interests. We are discrete and discriminating in our work, insulating our clients from potentially negative and unwanted attention.
Sequoia Partners has only two employees, its two partners. Your transaction always receives our expert personal attention and the focused concentration it deserves. We provide you with the results you are expecting—and nothing less.
